I'd probably pony up the extra not quite 10 bucks for the hammer drill version (179 for the same kit with batteries and then add free ratchet).

You have to pick tool plus batteries, then add the "free" ratchet. In cart the kit will be OPs price and the ratchet will be the remainder of the 169 price, you buy both and return the ratchet for a refund of whatever the pro-rated portion of the total is for it.

I am definitely a frequent returner to HD. I usually buy extra and return the (unopened) unused items. I think most people are like that. It's better than buying too little and having to make a second trip out.
