Uniqlo has running shorts that have a pocket in the center back waistband. I love it

The pockets being small is a something to keep in mind if you are planning on using these for the gym or casual wear or even if you are used to running with your phone.

There have been many times where my phone has fell from the pocket getting in/out of my car and it's annoying if you have a newer phone because it sticks out a decent amount.

I bought it when It was posted last time. Front pockets won't fit your phone. 1/3 of your phone will stick out. Returning.

Only 7" inseam left, too short for my height, but a good length for many. These are pretty good shorts, so grab some before they are gone. Smilie

I currently run with my phone in my arm band but looking for an alternative because I don't like it on my arm. Anyone tried other options that work? TIA.

I don't run with my phone. Too big, too clunky, too fragile. I have running shorts from Nike, UA, and adidas and a large phone isn't comfortably fitting in any of them.

If safety is that big of a concern, cellular watch.

There was another pair I bought a few days ago that had a zipper pocket and fits my iPhone 13 Pro Max with a thick case just fine.

SPIBelt. I have a few amazon knock offs and the extra cost of the SPI was worth it. if you also run with keys, I'd get one with 2 pockets.

The phone falling out of front pockets is true if anything more than a walk and that's with an iPhone 12 mini. Also 100% true on going to fall out getting into your car lol but you'll get used to taking it out first.

For running it fits into the right hip back zipper pocket but ymmv depending on phone. I love these shorts.

I've never put my phone in my pocket when driving. I'm afraid I might bump it getting in and out. I don't even keep my walIet in my shorts pocket. It annoys me. lol took my case off my phone and is fine when walking. When workout i pull the zipper up a little and or just keep phone in my bag. I got 4 pair of the longer ones. I figured it was time since I only had one pair of shorts and I wear shots yr around. These might be a little chilly in the winter though. lol

Probably for music or audiobooks while running.

Do these run big or small size wise? I found Adidas clothing like sweats, jackets etc to be on the bigger side and tend to have to size down from L to M. Wondering the same in these shorts?

Armband for me.
Salomon Pulse belt works well for me. Initially I went with some cheaper amazon running belts but the elastic would stretch after less than a year and the buckles would also slip. I've had the Salomon for 2 years now and it has worked out great.

Finally a deal for shorts that are in my size. Ordered just now. Code worked. Free ship worked. And I used PPal $ from my Kroger cashback purchases.
