Good gracious - they're trying to be helpful. Chill out. I would rather somebody post something like this that's truly a deal and spend a little time looking for it if I need it. That's half the fun of using this site. I'm not going out of my way if it's not a sure thing, but if it's on my way home I'm definitely checking it out.

Let's say this was a waste of time for most. But how would OP even know that this wasn't a nationwide clearance unless he posted it for others to reply that they weren't able to replicate?
