This is a pretty good deal. Don't be fooled though - $629 is not current list, that was the list when it launched 2 years ago.

Picked one up in a 10.5 loft. Also picked up the 3 wood. For $335 to the door for both clubs, I'm willing to take a chance.

And yeah, $629 is what the current gen costs at retail. And it's usually about $400 for last year's model. So for a model 2 years old…

I've seen a lot of issue with the faces cracking or popping off specifically on the Stealth 2. I would not recommend these.

There's a reason the have a bunch of refurbs.

Edit: specific to the driver, woods/hybrids should be good.

Wait, so you're saying the refurbished models don't have an improved face, they just have a replaceable clone that maintains the same face fragility issues? That would certainly give a buyer pause, so thanks for calling that out!

I have cracked two of these personally in a span of a year. Now waiting for the qi10 they gave me as a replacement to crack.

The real deal would be if the stealth face pops off, and TM gives you a new Qi driver as a replacement

Hmm are these TM refurbished or the company selling? Would love to see some robot data on performance differences of new vs refurbished. It's entirely possible that if it's not TM they may exceed limits.

Never trust drivers & woods on eBay. A lot of them are clones. You're better off going to 3balls.com. You get a warranty there. Bought many clubs from them including the Stealth 2 10.5 and paid less

You're buying from global golf on eBay. Legit seller and authorized dealer for many brands. I wouldn't hesitate if you want one. But I agree that 3valls has "like new" TaylorMade that just new stock discounted.
