5 available now! Girlfriend just bought these at Costco for $300 (comes with a $50 gift card though.) Not as good a warranty/return policy this way, but hard to argue with the price difference. You could get a 3 year all state protection plan for $30, though.

I think Bose official site provides 1 yr, when you registered product on your account.

hmmmmmm, good looking out, but looks like that might only apply to products purchased from "authorized resellers"...

I can't seem to get ahold of Bose customer support, but I have a feeling Vipoutlet is, unfortunately, not an authorized reseller, but hopefully I am wrong. I will try to update this thread when I find out more. Thank you for weighing in either way, I hope it is the case.

Vipoutlet typically resells overstock, refurbished products from Walmart. Never had any problems from them. Pretty easy to return if there is an issue.

I would say these earbuds are hot garbage. Google the many issues with them. I bought one from Costco and while the sound quality is ok not great, the microphones are the worst I have experienced in an earbud.
