I just ordered. The invoice shows three items, but only one (the full set) has a price. So it looks like you can't return any part of the order individually.

Looks like it will come in 2 separate retail boxes (PBP005 and P344) but will be one item on your receipt. You can tell once you add it to the cart. If each item is individually returnable it will show the amounts before you checkout.

I've been on the lookout for one of these. No particular job for it yet, but seems like it would be handy to have around.

Should I go with this one, or the 1/4" extended reach brushless with 1x 4ah HP battery for $60 more?

I think it really depends on your use case. I'm not sure I'd want the big Ryobi battery bulking up the overall profile. I've only used IR and HF cordless ratchets with in-line batteries (12v I think?) so the profile was the same-ish as the ratchet body. I suspect you'll run into some places where the One+ battery won't fit.

In all honesty as a casual car person (who does have a 2 post lift at home and most all of the tools), I wind up using a (fine tooth flex head) 3/8" ratchet or cordless impact a -lot- more than my cordless ratchet. But for some things the cordless ratchet is the best option... Hence why I have it: covering all my bases lol.
