i was a curved single monitor guy for a long time until last month. I've swapped to dual monitor and funny enough it might not be for me lol.. this looks like a great price if your use case is better suited for single monitor

There is an IPS version for $50 more that a person posted in this thread. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg...e-monitor?
That one is only 60hz refresh rate though.

I saw this monitor at Costco yesterday for a similar price and it looked really nice on display. It's very tempting.
Not seeing it. Link?

Have two of these and they are excellent for office use. Has HDR but is limited. Games that you're not pushing HFR on are very pleasant. BG3 looks incredible on this monitor. Like other UW setups they have software that allows you to create multiple logical desktop partitions, effectively turning two monitors into four or six very decent spaces.

Be aware though, there's no way to "share" only one of those logical partitions on something like Teams/Zoom. When I purchased a 3rd one for my wife I ended up keeping a 24" monitor on the side for anytime she needed to present. Just something to keep in mind for anyone who might be in a similar situation. I highly recommend it at this price (I paid $250 and still felt it was an great deal).
Thank you for addressing that question of being able/unable to share logical partitions on Teams - is it that when you share you share the entirety of the screen ? Also are there UW monitors where logical screen partitions can be shared on Teams / zoom ?

No USB-C, no built in dock…does that help?

Anyone know if target would price match this? My local store has them, I'd like to see it in person/have the option for local returns. Plus red card if possible

Pulled the trigger finally. Any good suggestion for a monitor arm to be paired with this on a standing desk?

It's better to have that information is what I believe they are implying. VESA 100X100 is good to know if you want to mount the monitor.
1800R is good to know for the curvature.
Viewsonic has a great breakdown.

I'm so used to 120hz+, anything below this and even the mouse pointer looks jittery.

No usb C, plus VA panel.. that's why you don't want this
