This telescope is complete garbage. Save your money. Wouldn't even take it if it's free.

It's not the best scope for the money. The mount is where it's lacking the most. These are a single step up from the department store "hobby killers" if they're lucky. The 114lt starsense explorer scope goes on sale from time to time for not much more than this. The app guidance at least makes it somewhat usable. There's a refractor starsense model as well. These would get much more use because you'd spend more time observing and less time hunting for a target. Just my amateur astronomer .02 lol.
