This looks suspiciously similar to the black and green Delsey 2piece I saw in Costco for $149. I can't find dimensions of the duffle though, does anyone know? Would be amazing if it fits personal item underseat requirements.

According to the Delsey website [delsey.com], the Duffel measures 10.5" x 18" x 11.5". Hope that helps

I bought a Delsey from Costco. Love the lightness but found out it is not from France. Made in China. No wonder I had to return 1 set to Costco because of the defects after 1 trip. I was going to buy a set in Paris, and the sales lady told me Delsey is made in China and not France.

I have this duffle and it will fit under an airplane seat very easily. I use it for my headphones, tablet, etc and its excellent quality.

There are very few suitcases made in places like France. Because of the costs and perceived value, it's usually very expensive.

E. g. Samsonite's made in Europe line is $300-500 per piece.
