I like their product line enough to buy one of their NAS boxes, but the jury is still out on as to if that was a good choice or not. Hardware is great, software... could be better.

Im surprised because Ugreen is usually a good products. Probably most of reviews are in exchange for free items.
Frankly they did a poor job with their charger product listings by ommitting the size info (if it's there, I can't find it). That's the main benefit of GaN, and if you don't know how much smaller the charger is, why would you pay more for something with the same specs?
