New Series 9 models also don't have the blood oxygen capability. Just bought one from Best Buy last week and it's disabled by Apple.

Definitely not a downgrade, especially if you don't use that feature. Thinner, lighter, bigger display on the 10.

I thought that was back in January during the lawsuit.
Didn't they put it back in?

Edit: answering my own question, I guess they didn't.
Instead they added Menstrual Cycle!

Series 9 Model MR9C3LL/A still has blood oxygen sensor. Sleep tracking still reports blood oxygen on mine.
