This is not a cheap one normally and is generally highly rated. question would be do you trust refurbished?

I always buy factory refurbished tech. It is checked over to make sure it works as advertised. I may bite on this.

I can't judge refurbished quality but as for the rangefinder itself I give it an A+. My hands have gotten shakier over the years and so after I had started having trouble lasering flags past 100 yards I got pissed and got this. Very steady, I can laser from 250+ now lol.

good luck with that, they move the tee box and hole and the yardage ends up being wrong, and MAYBE you have markers along the way, and if you're lucky your ball is RIGHT on one of those markers which are spread out maybe 100 yards each?
