I will add that the UE300 series (A or C) work well and should be preferred over the UE306. I've had to swap out multiple UE306 units for people because they hang up at gigabit speeds. They negotiate and support gigabit, but when you actually pump data through it at that rate, they lock up, power down, and require a full unplug/replug to restore functionality.
