I noticed in my home offers that I had a promotion for $10 off my FIOS (Im on the 300 mbs for 49.99 plan) and ask an agent about it, they said it works for 12 months.

But after some tries in switching my plan, i managed to choose the same plan 300mb i always had, and it changed bill from 40 to 30, and added the loyalty discount when i did so.
It took me a few tries but it worked.
Yeah this is garbage, it acts like my original bill is 103.98 and "getting lowered to 93.98" but i pay 89.99 a month. This is a dirty bait and switch!

I did notice this, though it looks like it may lock you into a contract - currently on no contract plan

Then when you get to your cart, you should see youtube premium, and the loyalty discount
From here, edit out the perk
And your bill should be 10 lower.
