Sorry if this is a bad deal as it's being downvoted - if someone can, please let me know why so I can avoid it/look for other deals in the future?

This is quite expensive for a 32gb kit of ddr4 ram in the current market considering it's not b-die. You can generally find 32gb (2x16gb) ddr4 3600 cl18 kits for ~$50-$60 on a good sale. While this ram kit is somewhat faster and will likely oc better, it's in an awkward middle ground where you're paying substantially more for a relatively small performance benefit, and it doesn't offer the benefit of extreme overclocking potential for enthusiasts like b-die ram would.
Also, decent quality ddr5 6000 cl30 ram using hynix memory chips are ~$90-$100 on sale, so you are barely saving any money on this last gen ddr4 compared to current gen ddr5. A ram kit like the one in this deal is only good for people who're building/upgrading a computer with a multiple generations old cpu who are willing to pay a large premium for performance moderately beyond the value sweetspot, while also not being willing to pay the premium for true top tier ram. As you can imagine, not many people would consider this a good deal.

Thank you and good to know - my RAM in my build is a tad old (from ~2021ish) and haven't shopped for new RAM in a while. Appreciate the in-depth response Smilie
