Other than that, it's good for the price. But for me, networking issues are a dealbreaker. Shame because it's such a good value on paper.

Soldered RAM, which at 32GB is not such a big concern, but good to know that you're not going to upgrade the RAM.
350-Nits brightness Touchscreen Display which is acceptable, not great and not horrible.
2 thunderbolt 4 ports, so possibly an e-gpu, but then you'd want an external monitor too.
Approximate Weight: 3.53 lbs, so light for a 16" screen.
The main complaints seem to be a squishy keyboard and a mediocre screen.

If I really like it and it is not a one-off, I'll just disable the card in device manager and add a USB WiFi stick for $20-30 or return the unit to Costco. I have 90 days for that.
I am not too worried, since there is 2 yrs warranty as well.
I like the power of the CPU, the good battery life, light gaming and fairly light weight of the laptop. On paper it checks most of my boxes.

Network connections > adapter properties > configure > Advanced >
There are bunch of settings there, send me the config of current and I'll advise the changes
