As for if it "works," it's half the battle. You really want finasteride and minoxidil to attack the problem both preventing future hair-loss while stimulating hair follicles.
The combination of those two is very effective at maintaining your hair, stopping hair-loss from continuing and getting worse. It's effective for like 80% of the people who use both.
Regrowing hair in bald spots is harder and less common. Especially if its long dead hair follicles, those don't really come back to regrow hair. But thinning hair areas can become thicker.

However I have bought stuff from Amazon where the 6pack arrived to me with an expiration date that ended in 2 months away. One would assume the WOOT is probably about to expire.
