Supposedly creatine gummies are not that viable as once creatine is exposed to solution it quickly degrades to creatinine. NOW tested a bunch of different brands and found most had no where near the amount of creatine advertised.

ahh seemed too good to be true. oh well, i'll just keep adding creating to my protein shake anyways.

How much did they say was actually there? These gummies taste so good I don't mind if it's less just not something crazy like 90% less

Some had almost no creatine at all. This brand was not in the testing. It's mostly just a problem with exposing creatine to solution in general. That's why more reputable brands created creatine "chews" instead of gummies.
