Yeah....and they'll have them ready hours earlier and serve you spoiled Tacos! Not exaggerating!....I've placed advance orders and at least 50% of the time, they prepare the food earlier, and it sits there! I've had to insist that the replace it with freshly made food!....and the one in my area is a corporate owned location (not a franchise).

Unfortunately, what you're describing is a common practice at many different restaurants. They seem to think that the gloves are impervious to germs! I've actually seen them clean with the same gloves that they use to then prepare the food!! Anyone who sees this shouldn't buy food there and alert both the general manager and the corporate office! The cutting back on staff (which is all too common these days) increases the likelihood of this nonsense! The person(s) handling the food should ONLY be handling the food!! Not the phone, the broom, the trash, the cleaning chemicals, etc. etc. It's totally disgusting!!

You want them to change gloves after they touch the chicken UTENSIL? You need to get a grip

Is the reference to 10000 for redemption for each location or globally?? I don't see how one location could make 10000 tacos in an hour (166 per minute), but with over 8500 locations, each location would be limited to 1.2 tacos…. Either scenario doesn't make sense….
