This is really more of an energy drink replacement than a pre workout, but when they are on sale like now it's a lot cheaper than buying energy drinks!
I've tried the watermelon and grape flavors and like them both.
Some mornings I'm not really in the mood for coffee and have this instead.

Agreed this is just more of a general energy drink. I believe it claims to have Beta Alanine and some other stuff, but the amounts are very low. But as a standalone energy drink that's easier on your gut than coffee, I still like it. A low price means more flexibility in dosage Smilie

Great price. I have used this for YEARS!!!

Great for "caffeine sensitive" folk...such as myself. To hell with all that C4 and the ol' skool Redline that had me looking like I was drugged out (as in "tweaking" or something).

Just enough to make you get up off your duff. And do SOMETHING!!! It definitely has Beta Alanine in it, not sure what some of these other folks are on about. I get "the itch" about 30 minutes after taking it maybe? I take four scoops in the mornings before I get on the elliptical for six miles.

Think I have had the orange, grape, and Fruit Fusion. FF would be my suggestion...for whatever that is worth. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is not really a pre workout. You'd have better luck with coffee. This is useless from a nutritional standpoint as long as you are getting enough protein. That being said I use this to flavor my homemade pre workout. For more info look up Thomas delauer on YouTube, he's got some good videos on how to buy the raw ingredients and make your own pre workouts for way cheaper
