Depends on what you like. Sweeter and creamier go EMC. Less sweet and more like dark coca powder, DRC. I prefer EMC with water and DRC with milk.

DRC also (at least the bags I still have) only has Ace-K for sweetener v EMC which has Ace-K and sucralose.

Will chime in and say extreme milk chocolate tastes a lot sweeter than the double rich chocolate. I use milk to mix mine and prefer the double rich chocolate. Double rich chocolate is a nice subtle smooth chocolate flavor to me.
