Please do your research before fear mongering. It's been studied and deemed safe for consumption, though not inhalation. As long as you don't aerosolize these vitamins en masse, you'll be fine.

For B12 vitamin absorption you want methylcobalamin (natural). Cyanocobalamin is synthetic and can come from some pretty shxtty places.
