It doesn't say if these have a zinc coating or anything for corrosion resistance that could affect where they could be used in an automotive application. While convenient for some random panel or bracket bolt, I'd be leary of using these on an engine for a torqued spec or torque to yield application.

A tempered medium carbon steel. Class 10.9 is stronger than class 8.8. It is commonly found in high strength automotive applications. Class 10.9 is similar to grade 8.
