As a slickdealer who has clicked on every single LG OLED TV alert for 3 years, this is a smoking hot deal on a model that only just released.

TVs hit their lowest prices a couple times a year, and it's usually around the beginning of football season, and around the Superbowl. I bought a 65" G3 earlier this year because I was sad I missed the Superbowl deals for a 77" C3 and didn't have enough patience to wait for the prices we are seeing now.

Be aware that I have seen mixed reviews on other SD posts about the returns experience when buying from LG direct. I have a bias towards buying my LG OLED TVs from Best Buy and Costco for quality of life and peace of mind. It's just rare to see either of those retailers hitting the lowest prices, but it happens periodically and more frequently as YMMV.

Great price. I just bought it from Greentoe yesterday for $2099. That's actually a little cheaper because no tax. Does anyone know if Greentoe would pricematch to this price, though?

Better price without the soundbar deal as it would be another hassle to sell it and I dont think it would bring more than 400. I have 75X90L and actually looking for 83 OLED as the main TV at home and an upgrade but that class weigh heavy on price. 75X90L is deemed to the second TV at another room. Try to decide between 77 C4 and G4. If LG Partner Store discounts G4 to 2499-2599 without a soundbar I think I would buy it. G4 has a 5 year panel warranty also.

Yeah - 83" is like 1.5x the price of 77"

Let's not confuse Greentoe with a typical marketplace, now. It ain't no eBay/Mercari. It's a middleman for a group of authorized dealer, who none of which will actually give you a hell of a deal or lower the price of the item you want until most all of those authorized retailers get on the same page and all sell it for that behind-the-curtains price. This is the part that annoys me with the site. There is no true haggling. They give you the impression you can since you put in the initial offer, but whatever they counter-offer is usually a "take it or leave it" price until it's lowered again and most everyone knows about it.

Called my local BB and they said they wouldn't match it. Especially since it wasn't on the main site and was under the partner program.
