Features:
- 2.4 GHz connectivity allows for premium, CD-quality sound anywhere in the room. Simply connect the compact, pre-paired transmitter to the subwoofer or LFE out on your receiver.
- Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) woofers are exceptionally light while being extremely rigid — providing remarkable low frequency response, with minimal cone breakup and distortion.
- The built-in all-digital subwoofer amplifier delivers ample power with high efficiency and true-to-source accuracy in reproduction.
- A Linear Travel Suspension minimizes distortion for enhanced, detailed performance. LTS tweeters have been a hallmark of our Reference series product lines, making it a core component of some of the best speakers in the world.
- Our exclusive Tractrix horn technology and aluminum tweeters deliver the most impressive high-end response and greater extension, enhanced imaging and powerful dynamics. This creates the cleanest, most natural sound possible.

I also have my old Logitech Z-5500. Should I just use that or get this?

Here's an older review of just the speakers themselves: https://www.digitaltren
Recently I gave them and my old onkyo receiver to my friends college-aged son to make room for a samsung sound bar with surround rears, Q930. The wife was tired of the speaker wire running across the floor to the rears and my receiver was dying a slow death.
That said, fwiw, I don't miss them or my receiver. The sammy soundbar is impressive, with the center channel far clearer than what I ever got from my klipsch center. I don't regret buying the klipsch speakers. But with today's audio technology, I don't know if I would buy them again.
