O good! I thought these were unpublished...

He had his sons roll over all his hard drives with a steamroller after he died and I thought it was a cool story...

Are these any good? Even his Discworld stuff isn't great until the 3rd or 4th book.

Terry Pratchett, the author of the Discworld series, had his hard drive crushed by a steamroller to destroy his unfinished works and prevent them from being completed by others. The hard drive was brought to the Great Dorset Steam Fair by Pratchett's estate manager, Rob Wilkins, and crushed by the six-and-a-half ton steam roller, Lord Jericho. The hard drive was rolled over multiple times and then put through a concrete crusher.

Pratchett had been battling Alzheimer's disease and died in March 2015 at the age of 66. He also wanted his hard drive to be wiped if his heart stopped, and had a device connected to his heartbeat to do so.

I would imagine there's probably many much better other books you haven't read yet. I love Small Gods. I'll probably read it at some point...

I don't care for his stories but his sense of humor is on point! The subject material I could do without but the way he tells a story makes it worth reading.

If he had distilled them down like Tolkien and only released a handful I think he could be up there. I think "Small Gods" is a great book. He's like Stephen King... they'll both go down in history as some of the world's greatest writers and probably only their best works well be read...

small gods is me favorite for sure. The others were very hit or miss.
