It's been a decent tool, and has done a few things I wouldn't have been able to manage gracefully without it. Useful light and laser feature helps locate things, and it's nice how easy it is to adjust speed. Not a ton of runout on my chuck. Would buy again at this $217 price assuming quality hasn't been 'value engineered' out of it in the last ~7 yrs.

On the 4214, you manually adjust the belts. On the 4214T you get a lever to adjust the speed (much easier)EDIT: Caleo is right - 4214 does have the lever to adjust the speed as well.
