If they want Walmart + subscribers they will offer cheap goods that fall well short of the $35 min required for free shipping that any person, even none + members, receive. Your TV deal would be well above the $35 minimum and would qualify for free shipping. It's deals like this that cause people to sign up for Amazon. People order $2 deals from Amazon because they are cheap and are delivered for free, and to hell with all of the extra miles driven by Amazon drivers to deliver these $2 orders. Walmart is just copying Amazon.
