This is a really good price if you are looking for Apple Home compatibility and a black lock.
I purchased one of these when they first came out but ended up returning.
I was replacing a Schlage deadbolt and during install, I would have had to trim the door and space for the strike plate.
Additionally all of the additional hardware, like the strike plate are brushed nickel and not black. Since I had to modify my new door and not having the colors match, I decided to return and waited for the Schlage Encode Plus, which was a simple swap with no modifications.
