Mountain Hardwear is quality stuff.. I was gonna get the Ghost Whisperer 2 but the reviews on the site were hit or miss.. I have confirmed it's boxy and tight on the shoulders.. I'll pass.

I watched it and have no idea what he is calling boxy. but ok, some people prefer 2 colors.

I love slim fit with room in the shoulders, MH is my favorite for that.

These are great deals. I had bought couple of the Ghost Whisperer 2 over the last 6 months (paid around $185 - 220). I am 5'7 at 150 lbs and the small fits me perfectly. It is super thin and lightweight but it is just as warm as the heavier Ventano (paid $85). My concern is its durability because some reviews said it ripped easily because of the thin layer.

I'm five years into my GW2 hoody, it's surprisingly resilient. Might be my favorite piece of equipment for gloomy season PNW hiking.

I'm still using my Original rendition of the GW (the one with 850fp) and still going strong - and second generation GW that I picked up a GW UL earlier this year on deep discount - and will find out shortly if the new one can hold up like the old ones. Using 7D pertex outer might shave 5g of weight but if it's fragile.... no thanks.
(I have a Lg and XL, depending on shoulder season or middle of winter.)

The Glacial Trail description talks a lot about some kind of face covering that can be pulled on, but I'm not seeing it in any photos. Looks like a normal half-zip.
