This place is known in the photo community for being a classic bait and switch style scammer. Avoid.
Found similar price at Abe's of Maine - did a search and was warned not to buy from them as well. Canon has this refurbed for $1,119. Hope this will drop below $1000 during Holiday

Abe's of Maine is also well-known as a classic bait-and-switch outfit. They aren't from Maine; they're in Brooklyn.
My advice: Buy ONLY the camera from either outfit. They will try to sell you all kinds of accessories to pump up the price and they'll ship the absolutely lowest quality garbage. Some of these outfits are known for pulling items out of the camera box, like the strap, battery; battery charger, etc. But $999 for a new R7 is definitely unbeatable.
