Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2024, at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 10, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period") and consists of five (5) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") and one (1) grand prize entry period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period"), which coincide with the Sweepstakes Period.
Eligibility: The Own the West Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older and who have registered user accounts on Marlboro.com at the time of entry ("Eligible Entrants" or "Entrants"). Employees, officers, and directors of Philip Morris USA Inc. (the "Presenter"), or any of Presenter's respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies including Merkle Inc. (the "Administrator") (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Noncompliance with any of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan and where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
