Doesn't look like it has DRAM on it. The E855 2TB and 4TB options specifically mention DRAM. the 2TB E855 is $112 after 20% coupon on the listing. That might be worth a look.

Mainland Chinese brand. Looks like they have been selling in Europe for a couple years. It does look like they have quite a few reviews out there and probably not worse than KingSpec. Probably part of a wave of YMTC flash coming to the market, but it's not clear what the exact hardware is
