Yes. Looks nicer (integrated setup rather than underseat addon), works well, much more trustworthy that it won't leak and ruin your floor, and it has ladies mode as well as the butt spray.

The sprayers also tuck out of the way and have a bit of self clean function as you turn the dial. The cheap addon ones usually expose the spray heads where they can get dirty, collect pee, and need cleaning.

Don't get me wrong, I've owned 3 of the under-seat style ones and recommended them to many people...but these are better.

The only downside is that you will start not wanting to poop anywhere but home!

I buy liquidation assets and this is going to scare you all but open box store return toilet seats was a top seller of mine.

If this is your first go at a bidet I highly recommend something with temp control. Although on the plus side, a cold spray to the rear in the morning wakes you up faster than coffee.

T.P. does not come in via the ports. It is a domestic product.
I refuse to wipe with anything but the finest French papier toilettes.

Do the nozzles stick down and block being able to clean behind them with a brush? I have an under-seat attachment now and that is my biggest compliant. I am afraid I'm going to break it trying to get behind it with a brush to clean
I have this and an under-seat attachment. It is all subjective but they have to stick down to spray up. The integrated seat is nice but parts are cheap. So without ever having used a high-end, both mine seem pretty functional at the low end and I don't think performance is much different.

I like to shift all my weight to one butt cheek when wiping. Will this plastic seat crack on me like all the other bidets I've bought?
I'm 220lbs and a leaner, no problems with mine after 1.5 years.

Once you get a bidet you will wonder why you waited so long. Forget the rush on toilet paper during storms or strikes. Gets you cleaner with less waste. I will always have a bidet if I can help it.
Still need toilet paper to pat dry. And for after peeing. Bidets don't just completely eliminate the need for toilet paper.

I tried a toto in Japan and then got a similar model as in this deal with a hot water line when i got back here. According to my memory the toto one had less splash and aimed better. I would get a tote if I had a bidet plug

Yup. I had to run a wire down along my baseboard. Worth it.

ports strike really doesn't affect the TP
You are correct. Almost all US TP is produced in the US. So it's not affected by the ports at all.

But panic buying isn't rational behavior. It's mass stupidity.

I have a biobidet with a heated fan, so you can absolutely get one that removes the need of toilet paper. I generally never want to wait that long though so will usually still use a little paper to pay dry.
