Given the prices of everything these days, this is an ok deal. I bought and returned it last year (Costco) for 369. These plastic boxes should not cost this much. Such is the world.

Looks good enough for the price... big enough for a push mower and some other outdoor stuff. Sounds like the major complaint was warping of the plastic sidewalls/doors in extreme heat (places like Florida, Arizona) which doesn't surprise me. Don't expect issues with that in a shaded site in the Northeast US. And since it's Costco, if we get a pre-warped piece we can just take it back. Thanks, OP!

super good deal imo. I have a KETER branded one, about 2/3 this size I guess. found it for 75 bucks at Home Depot clearance, it's been standing outside in weather for 5-6 years no warping. works fine, didnt even make a good base for it. just on some rubber mulch, pretty level though. it has some foliage as shade, if I needed a larger one for shovels etc, id get this.

im in ohio, so not extreme heat.

Can confirm that I saw these for $399 @ Maple Grove, Minnesota Costco. Didn't buy because I was planning to look it up online since it is big and heavy. Look like it's not on sale online.

Called up my local Costco (central CT) and the lady told me this was a "deleted item" and there weren't any in stock "anywhere in the East Coast." I'm a little doubtful she actually checked the entire US eastern seaboard, but employees usually DO check the surrounding region -- so I'd safely bet there aren't any more of these in stock in CT and Western MA, at the very least. Bummer.
