Edit - I went back in and was able to get it! $240 total after applying the $120 they gave me for trading in the PS4 Pro.

Disconnecting their phones was the worst mistake they did in general as a company. That and outsourcing all their support to the Philippines/india. Sad to see the state bestbuy is in now from when I was a kid. Hoping they remain around.
