Currently there is only one position open, Senior Product Manager in California. If you're interested in that then you can apply from that page. Most of the dev and admin type jobs will be posted just there or on Linkedin too I think.
If you're talking other positions such as for mods, QA, Deal Hunter and Deal Editor, we also often put up an announcement on the site itself at the top of Hot Deals and a couple other forums.
So check that Careers page from time to time or watch for forum announcements at the top of the Hot Deals forum for we mods/qa/dh/de staff openings.
I did change the primary to be of the Poinsettia larger image, so that it's easier for users to see what it is at a glance when scrolling through the forum though, since it's harder to see the text in any image when scrolling. But it's a great image to show the price
