$175 is the next best price for a well reviewed brand. I don't trust those others that might be a little less but have no YT reviews.

If your wondering if its worth it, if you have ANY use for a deep cycle battery, a standard deep cycle battery will cost you at least 120- I I think it might be more even at costco pricing. With that, you'd need to keep within 50% Depth of charge to maintain battery life, and 100% discharge would result in an untimely death and replacement.
While a Ecoflow Delta is marginally more expensive (459 vs 169) for the same capacity, it is worth noting that the Deltas are capable of higher discharge rates (More parallel batteries) for the same capacity, integrated charging (MPPT+ AC charging) and a pure sine wave inverter, + you get usb/usbc charge ports.
However if your needs are primarily DC power (i.e. fridges etc) a native 12V is more efficient- you will have to spend at least a good 100-200 for ways to charge this battery.
