Irony. I bought 4 cases of 12 bottles at a crazy price a couple of years ago. Just opened a couple of them for a party and didn't like the taste. Checked the bottles and they were "expired" in February 2024. Never knew water expires. Now I'm about to throw out 46 bottles of the most ridiculously overpriced water in the USA . lol. Irony
It's not really the water itself expiring, but It's the plastic chemicals in the bottle seeping into the water that is usually the problem. That's probably what you tasted.

Initially it tastes different but once get used to it, you will like the quality of water. Bottle quality also solid.

To me, something is different, probably has to do with the packaging. One year ago, I bought about eight bottles at a good price. It was just awful. No difference vs. Poland Springs. Typically, I only drink Evian and since then, that's all I buy. Water though is a personal thing. Get the most inexpensive you enjoy drinking. I'd love to find another brand that would be cheaper.

How about through your tap water? This is insane by modern standards, like drinking influencer's water.

I like fancy waters. Evian, Fiji, Alkaline water, etc. But I also enjoy cold tap water from the fridge in a Brita water pitcher.

The quality of water in the United States is terrible. I'd urge you to find a water quality report for local water supplier. After reading it you won't want to drink tap water anymore.

This organization used to aggregate the data, but they looked to have stop in 2021.

You can go to the epa website and find your supplier and their up to date reports yourself.

Hats off to Fiji for their business acumen. I honestly thought Greta Thunberg herself would have put them out of business by now. I'm no environmentalist, but ideally we should all drink as locally as possible. Not just the transport costs, but also the depletion of aquifers. OTOH, supporting Fiji's economy with something other than tourism is a nice touch.

I do my part by drinking water on the east coast and then flying out west and holding my pee until I get there. You're welcome, California! Bonus if I can help extinguish a wildfire at the same time.

Costco.com sells this identical box of 12 with sports cap for $25 with $3 shipping (2 day) or half the price

You have to consider that in warehouse it will be at least $3 cheaper with no shipping $3 so around $18-20, which is still more money than this deal and you have to go into a store.

This is a pretty hot price as it beats Costco and pretty sure 5 cents an oz is about as cheap as Fiji will go.

Only thing holding me back are the reviews about nasty tasting water due to the bottle, same reason why i didnt get that Aqua Panna - Amazon's quality control has gone down the toilet.

Ordered a set of Airpods Pro 2 a week after they came out and was shipped a USED pair LOL. I mean at least it wasnt counterfeit but still how many pairs of USED/RETURNED items of a brand new release did they have sitting around to confuse mine.

I can't go back.

Been drinking PRIMO water for years (refill the 5 gal jug at the grocery).

There was a sale on a Brita water pitcher and I tried it. I can definitely taste the difference, and it is not good. The Brita goes into storage, and I will only break it out during the Winter when I may not be able to go to the store during heavy snow and inclement weather. Better than drinking straight tap.
