If you bagged the $280 deal earlier, congrats. IMO XM5s are far better headphones than this.

XM5 and QC ultras are neck and neck for ANC. They are amazing.
If you want it for phone conversations, XM5 is rated the best.
QC Utlras are most comfy
Airpods Max are hands down the best for noise transparency (being able to hear the environment around you if you turn the setting on)
