The fine print says it won't progress (with the check mark) until order is shipped/picked up. I was puzzled as well.

I bought black from Amazon (about an hour ago) and still shows in stock.
Replacing my 4.5 year old, non-ANC, $40 monoprice pair that have worked great for me... but at this price seems like a worthwhile upgrade.
