was going to jump on it but this review made me pause

5 month review, my only complaint is after cooking it's almost impossible to clean. And I clean it after every use. It stains. Other than that I love it.

The new Crispi looks interesting. Waiting for more reviews and a sale to jump though.

You need special cleaners for stuff like this. Baked on grease doesn't respond well to your typical cleaners, you have to pretend you're cleaning an oven (But don't use actual 'oven cleaner' that requires you to spray it and then turn on the oven because of the fumes).

I think every ninja product I've owned for cooking has had this problem. Still works no problem, just a bit of a pain.

We use ours constantly because we don't own a microwave. We love it but like others have said it is incredibly difficult to clean and gets pretty nasty on the inside quickly.

Have the 10 in 1XL for a couple of years now. Like most have said, it's an absolutely pain to clean. Dawn power wash helped a little, but not a lot (literally have to go through half a bottle each time and still not perfect). The grill on mine is in the back and getting around each corner is a chore (and unless cleaned thoroughly, you start to get uneven cooking food temp areas). It still runs great and I would get it again. I would just be more adamant about wiping it down, cleaning it every 3-5 uses. You literally cannot let oil, grease, food particles, etc. sit in it.

The smell of soap will never leave the vents don't do it

That's the issue with my model. The placement of the vent in the back which makes it impossible to clean that area with anything other than a damp water towel. I made sure not to use the power wash on or around it.

Agreed! I always use aluminum foil when cooking people. It's a must.

I would stay away and wait for the Cuisinart deal coming black Friday. All ninja products IMHO don't cook as even or are hard to clean. Just looking out.
