all goes well....it shows as 23.xx till I checout and then the price doubles to 46.xx. any idea what i am dong wrong?

Nope. I got in on a similar deal about a month back, sent in a Galaxy Watch 5 without the strap and it was accepted. Make sure that you take pictures of the item you are sending in including the serial number etc.
