I have this vacuum. It sucks, and not in a good way. The app is the main problem with it. It's slow, is missing basic features, and is a general p.i.t.a. I guess you can't complain at this price, but if you can spend more I'd steer clear.
Did you miss the coupon? It's 20% off of $299... which coincidently is $239. And it comes with a two year warranty.

Solid deal at this price.

I'm in for the j7+. It is even cheaper than the $245 it was selling for on Black Friday 2023.

Wonder why the j7+ (has self-emptying base) ends up being less expensive than the j7. They both seem to be in the same condition. Oh well, seems like a great deal on the j7+. In for one!

The $239 is for a USED unit, NOT certified refurbished. If you want the certified refurbished, that will set you back $299. Still a great price for a J7+ but felt I needed to point that out.

Will the j7+ be capable of picking up human hair debris, in particular such as long hair?

Our current handheld vac has a "roller" suction head which usually gets clogged with long hair.

And, I agree, after using the coupon, looks like a solid deal.

Thanks.

Anyone with experience buying a certified refurbished directly from Roomba? I've read battery concerns on refurbished roombas (takes 2+ charges for what a new one does in 1 charge).

This J7+ has been this price now $239 on and off for the past 6 weeks or so. I am waiting for it to hit the $199 price point which it most certainly will as IRobot is hurting since Amazon backed out of taking them over earlier this year, they are scrambling now hence some of the huge sale prices these past months overall on new units!

Ahh. I have been eyeing up the roborocks and the Eufy L50 with the same coupon but I settled with the J7+.

Roborocks were just shy out of my budget and I was a little nervous about the Eufy one.

Plus the I don't know if I'd care for a combo bot.

I have this vacuum and zero issues with the app – what features do you say it's missing?

Supposedly the i4 is the latest model of all the options.

I currently have the i3 and my biggest problem (with all Roombas I've had thus far) is all of them are far too loud for me to find time to run them.

Anyone happen to know how these models compare if they are significantly more quiet to justify running at night without banging into walls and waking me and the family up?
