If you can wait, would highly recommend buying this new so you have warranty - owned this since last BF and needed to replace it once. It was on sale for $699 about 2 months ago, would expect it to be marked down to at least that much, if not more.
I'd get the L10s and save 50% and use that money to upgrade to the new best value in a few years and downgrade the L10s to garage or patio duty

For $170 more it might not be worth it but i personally found it better for my use. Use the l20 in main floor and l10 is basement
