Bought the Boom 2 last Prime day, same price. Love it. Rocked our camp at Burning Man for a week plus, in harsh conditions, and still works flawlessly. Would definitely buy again.

I don't believe if I bought another one that they can be paired to produce true "stereo" left and right channels. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Because I would buy another one today if it did stereo. TIA

Not as enamored with the Boom 2 as some here. Perhaps it's related to the content and the settings. For podcasts, I'm finding my Sony speaker (which unfortunately is no longer made, I believe) is crisper, while the Boom 2 sounds, well, "boomier" (artificially so) and more fatiguing. I haven't yet played around with its settings in the app.

If you have a Conns near you, they have a bunch of big portable sound systems by Sony and others for 50-70 percent off. They going out of business and had some great deals in my city.

"works after Burning Man" is an excellent sign of how dust resistant something truly is 💜 (the og boom has survived being my shower speaker for ~3 yrs so the water rating seems pretty accurate as well FWIW)

And yes these can be paired the same way as the OG booms: https://support.soundcore.com/s/a...rs-via-TWS (I think the only requirement is they have to be two of the same models so in theory you couldn't pair a boom one and they boom two or a boom 2 and a boom two plus, but don't take my word for that requirement....)

Does this connect via bluetooth or other? I hate speakers that emit all my phone sounds like text message etc.
