I think the complaints most people had was that the 484 piece count is a LOT of smaller 1x1 and 2x1 bricks and there are a fair number of specialty bricks, but it is lacking in sufficient duplicates of the larger pieces that you might use as bases for the models or the more standard 2x2 and 2x4 brick sizes for stuff like simple houses. You can see a diagram of the included bricks on the listing page.

The other complaint I recall was that the box itself looks REALLY nice and stacks well, but it is barely half full because the bricks are so small—which makes opening it as a gift a little underwhelming.

But if you get $5.25 in cashback from Walmart plus cashback from your CC, you might be looking at closer to $12, which is a much better price.

Just bought this, great deal considering the $5 Walmart cash. Was doing a Walmart+ grocery order when I saw this and added it to my order. Kids love it.
