Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Normal price at Costco is $8.99, I think Sams has them for $7.99, sometimes they're on sale for $6.99.
The value here is that this is a price shipped - these things suck trying to get a decent amount brought home in a car (I had to buy 45 of them and it took about 4 trips to the store, even tetris'ing them into the car).
With that said, I've heard that the Costco bins are the best quality, then Sams, then Home Depot. I'd expect that the walmart ones are likely a lower tier or possibly comparable to Sams tubs.
I also recommend sticking with one specific maker as the lids won't always fit across other brands
