This is a good immune booster in general, not just for acne
Careful with amount of vitamin A ingestion as it can cause some liver issues - this amount is fine though

How is this different than any other zinc tablet (bottle not labeled for acne)?

If you guys really got acne issues ; here is what works for me. I've always had raging hormones an been atheltic so even at 44 I have acne (an am jacked).

If you go to a doc this is what you'll end up on too.
Use the peroxide based acne soap once a day or less if you can; but use it when you are broken out. An wash that off ASAP cause it's rough on the skin. Only thing I put on me that right away I notice it's reduced the issue. Use a spot treatment of benzoyl at morn an retina a at night. Occasionally use a exfoliant scrub. An then use a mild soap (not gentle it does nothing) other than days using those other 2. when you wash morn an night. Follow up washing with a light toner on a cotton pad; witch hazel works but there is better toners (pro active has one an women tend to use em for makeup so they arent in the acne care area). Don't get toners with other oil in them.

Docs say food doesn't matter but it sure does. Grease in = grease out apparently. An if you still have problems after that the docs can give you antibiotics. I've tried like everything (cept those new celluloid things; I have em but not tried them yet). I used to have to be on anti biotics.

Anti biotics will discolor your wisdom teeth if they aren't grown in yet. An it's possible they interfere with their growth otherwise; as mine didn't grow in an had to be removed. All that other sylic acid an tea tree oil type stuff tends to wreck your skin making it worse. A oatmeal soap is pretty good at cleaning an being gentle usually.
