I have had mine in my door pocket for 1+ year, no issues. even in hot LA summer heat. Might be wise to put it in a ziplock for leak purposes, now that i think of it.
Don't these have a shelf-life because of propellant degradation?
Also, for anyone who doesn't know, pepper spray can't go on an airplane in the US because it is considered a weapon, so don't buy this if your plan is to take it as self-defense when you're traveling—TSA will just make you throw it away.

For this price, just get it shipped ahead to your hotel and then donate/discard before you fly away.
Don't waste your money. It's cheaper for a reason. Fox Labs used to be the best until they had to remove a chemical in it that made it stick. Now Sabre Red is the best. It takes a few seconds to work whereas Fox Labs was pretty much instant.
just fyi the Police Magnum is missing a "pocket clip". something i really like about the Sabre option. ie. i clip it on my shorts when jogging at night.

Can this be kept in a vehicle glove box for example or is heat a factor in its potency ?
